A good starting point
This app is thoughtfully planned out with a good "getting started" section for those who are new to TRX, and clear instructions for each exercise. Theres just not enough of it. There are 4 pre-programmed workouts, one of which needs "rip" equipment which I dont own so were down to 3 work outs. I typically give myself an hour to exercise, and these 3 workouts back to back add up to 55 minutes. Super, but thats just one workout session for me. I havent bought the extra content, but what I understand from other reviewers is that its just different combinations of the same exercises that are already in the free stuff. A little more would be nice. Or a lot more.
