The folks at TRX know how to kick *ss!

The TRX is my favorite workout because it allows me to have fun, creative workouts while getting me in great cardio and physical shape. I have used the TRX Workout DVDs for years, and have 3 TRX exercise books. I am thrilled to find this app and see the new exercises it implements. Give it a try! Youll start out thinking "well this is easy" and end up in a pool of sweat with your heart-thumping.
