Horrible on iPad, just okay on iPhone
The iPad functionality is pretty horrible and has been well documented by other user reviews: no native iPad support, no landscape mode, opening the app in landscape actually crops the app to a square instead of a rectangle. Its basically worthless on the iPad (the same is true for the TRX Force app by the way).
The iPhone functionality is ok, but has two flaws in my opinion. One, the Prepare time between each exercise needs to be more dynamic (i.e. 30 seconds for some strap changeovers, but maybe 5 seconds when simply switching body sides). Two, the Skip button should skip to the next Prepare time. Right now, it skips the Prepare time and goes right into the next workout, so you have to Pause the workout to prep the straps. Annoying.
Finally, the lack of landscape mode for either the iPhone or iPad is a complete miss.
The workouts are good. The layout is pretty good.
