I have had a Bowflex Ultimate for a number of years. Recently, a number of exercises have become too easy. Purchased a TRX at Christmas time. It kicks my butt better than any Bowflex workout Ive done. All you need is a TRX in your own bodyweight to get the most fabulous work out youll ever need.
